Registration Process

1. Step

Choosing the Appropriate Test Level

In order to take the exam at the level that best matches their knowledge, applicants are encouraged to review the available information and assess their current Japanese language proficiency.

2. Step

Completing the Online Application Form

Applications for the exam can be submitted by completing and sending the online application form available on the Registration page of this website.

Applicants are encouraged to consult the official Application Guide, which provides detailed instructions on how to complete the registration process.

3. Step

Administration and Payment of the Examination Fee

After the application form has been received by the organizers, the applicant will receive a confirmation of receipt. The examination fee should be paid after this confirmation.

The examination fee must be transferred to the following bank account:

In the payment reference, please indicate the name of the person making the payment, the examination level, and the registration number.

 

Important: The examination fee must be received before the application deadline. If the fee is not received by the deadline, the application will be considered invalid and the applicant will not be eligible to take the exam.

N1: 24.000 HUF
N2: 24.000 HUF
N3: 18.000 HUF
N4: 18.000 HUF
N5: 18.000 HUF

4. Step

Confirmation of Exam Registration

After a successful registration, applicants will receive a confirmation in the form of a voucher, which must be brought to the examination on the test day.

The voucher can be downloaded from the website or, upon request, it can be sent by post by the organizers.

5. Step

Examination

Approximately one week before the examination, candidates will receive information regarding the exact date, location, and their assigned examination room.
